Online CRM and e-invoicing
Customers, quotes, projects, hours, invoices and even the payslips in one tool. No board in one programme, hours in a spreadsheet and invoices in a third — an hour you write lands on the right invoice by itself.
Your own environment to play in. No credit card, nothing to install.
What is in it
What is switched off is not in the menu either. Every part has a page of its own, with screenshots from the programme itself and what it costs.

How Oifis works
Each step hands the next one its data. There is no integration in between that can break, because it is one tool.
The customer arrives as a lead, with their contacts. The opportunity hangs off that, and later the quote.
Work won: a project with the right billing model, a budget and the activities hours are written against.
Tasks on the board, hours on the activities. The timer runs along, or you type them in.
The month is closed and approved. Only then may those hours be invoiced.
Approved hours become invoice lines. Sent, and reminded or chased if it comes to that.
Those who pay people themselves work the pay run out and keep the returns up to date.
Pricing
Working on your own, it is one amount. Working with more people, it is two: one for the environment and one per person working in it. The package decides which parts are switched on and how many people it carries. No set-up fee, no compulsory onboarding.
Working on your own?
For somebody working alone, with no staff. One amount per month. No charge per user, because there is one of you.
Timesheets can be bought alongside for € 9 a month, signed quotes for € 12 — see below. Take somebody on and you move up to Basic.
2 – 15 users
Customers, quotes and invoices in order.
16 – 50 users
From the hour written to the invoice sent.
51 users and up
Everything, down to the payslips and your own brand.
As large as it needs to be
A server of your own, and whatever else you need.
All amounts are per month and exclude VAT. A user is somebody with an account of their own who can sign in; looking over a shoulder costs nothing. Grow past your band and you move up a package — that can be done monthly, and you pay for what was switched on that month.
Bought separately
If one part is missing from your package, you buy that part — instead of taking a bigger package you do not otherwise need. Per environment rather than per user, and cancellable by the month.
Timers, the monthly grid, and approved hours that become invoice lines by themselves. For anybody billing by the hour this is the part that makes the rest worth having.
Standard lines, quotes as a PDF on your own letterhead, and a link the customer signs online. Signed is sold: the opportunity is won and the customer is a customer, without you copying it anywhere.
Pay runs, payslips as PDF and the returns. For a company of three paying one salary just as much as for one of fifty.
Your own name, your own logo and your own domain. Then no screen says Oifis any more.
Two or more companies under one sign-in, switching without signing in again.
Keys and OAuth 2.1 for whatever you build around it or have built, with the OpenAPI description alongside. Per environment, however many keys you issue.
One post to all your channels, with its own version and its own outcome per channel. Telegram and X now; the other platforms follow at no extra cost.
Real campaigns to your mailing list, through your own mail provider and sender, with an unsubscribe link. Right away or scheduled.
The Social Media Manager and the Newsletter together, so one announcement goes to your channels and your list in one go. Cheaper than separately.
These six stand apart because they are asked for apart. The board, the calendar, leave, the dashboard, issues and people belong together and belong to the moment you become a team — those come with Extended, not separately.
Taking something on happens from inside the tool: under Admin you see what you have, how much of your ceiling is in use, and a button to ask for a part or for extra people. Nobody has to phone for that, and the moment we say yes it is switched on.
What is in which package
What is switched off is not in the menu either. You can always move up without entering anything twice.
