Calendar and leave
Single appointments and repeating series, with participants and a reminder an hour beforehand. Leave requests run through it, so you can see who is away next week before you plan anything.
A conversation that matters is recorded as a note against the project it was about. And the whole calendar can be subscribed to, so Google and Outlook keep themselves up to date.
What it costs
You get an environment of your own with an example company in it: colleagues, customers, projects, hours written and invoices at every stage. Nothing to set up, just look around.
