Goals
One team plan a week: what has to be finished, who is on what, and why that is the right order. Everyone fills in their own part, and whoever leads says yes to it — or sends it back with a reason.
Its own questions per discipline, so a designer is asked something other than a developer. Finished weeks move into the archive by themselves, with the tasks and the hours that hung off them.
