What it does / Money
e-Invoicing
You upload your letterhead — an SVG from your designer, or a PNG or JPG — and it becomes the background of every invoice. Your logo, your house style, your footer. You then move the blocks yourself, to the millimetre, so the address and the amounts land beside your logo rather than on top of it. Without letterhead you get a tidy invoice on blank paper.
Your own numbering, your own wording, and all of it in your organisation's language — headings and totals included. Oifis keeps track of what is open, what is part-paid and what is past its due date; for those who do not pay there are two reminders and a final demand, each with its own term and the collection costs added.
This is what it looks like
This is not a mock-up: the PDF comes straight out of the programme, from the example environment you get with a trial. Click it to see it large, or download it and open it in your own PDF reader.
It says SAMPLE across the page because it comes from a playground. A real invoice does not carry that.

What it costs
You get an environment of your own with an example company in it: colleagues, customers, projects, hours written and invoices at every stage. Nothing to set up, just look around.
