What it does / Work
Timesheets
You write hours where you make them: a timer running while you work, or a number you type yourself. The timer stands still when you step away from your keyboard and picks up again when you are back, so a forgotten stop button does not inflate your day.
The month is a grid: the projects you pinned beside the days, with week numbers above them. You close the month, your manager approves it, and only then may those hours go to invoicing. If something turns out to be wrong, the month opens again.
What it costs
Or add it on its own, for € 9 / month
Timers, the monthly grid, and approved hours that become invoice lines by themselves. For anybody billing by the hour this is the part that makes the rest worth having.
You get an environment of your own with an example company in it: colleagues, customers, projects, hours written and invoices at every stage. Nothing to set up, just look around.
